INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Web Operations Intern to join our growing team. This intern will support key digital and social media efforts for more than 300 skilled nursing facilities by assisting with websites, web strategy, reporting, auditing, and more.
This non-traditional internship is ideal for an individual interested in digital marketing, communications, or healthcare marketing—and someone ready to contribute to meaningful work that makes a real difference.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with updating 300+ skilled nursing websites
Assist with creating new pages, updating content, and implementing SEO optimizations
Perform data entry and organize information across spreadsheets and digital dashboards
Support the creation of audit documents
Perform website audits
Perform website QA
Work with stakeholders as needed to respond to ticket requests
Utilize project management software to organize requests
Collaborate with the internal social and digital teams for planning and execution
Provide general support to digital strategists and communication team members
REQUIREMENTS
Strong interest in web platforms
Basic familiarity with Wordpress, Microsoft Teams
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets or data tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel)
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset
Prior internship or experience with digital tools is a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS
