  • Provide solution architecture guidance to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of applications.
  • Implement and configure Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and SharePoint sites to support Power Platform solutions and resolve related issues.

Overview:

LMI is seeking a skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to lead development efforts for a major office within the Army. This role combines hands-on technical development with task leadership responsibilities, driving solution design and managing delivery.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include: 

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional solutions and data visualization.
  • Provide solution architecture guidance and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of applications.
  • Plan, create, configure, customize, and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites based on user requirements and security models.
  • Modify and update Power Apps forms as new information is released.
  • Document site updates and inform users on enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps applications and integrations.
  • Implement and Configure Microsoft Dataverse and Connectors to support Power Platform solutions.
  • Stay current on Power Platform updates and emerging technologies to recommend innovative improvements.
Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Eight (8) years’ experience in Microsoft technologies, including 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture, data integration, connectors, APIs, and security models.
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data integration.
  • Experience creating dashboards/Business Intelligence based on key performance indicators.
  • Experience providing custom solution client-side development and maintenance using Power Automate / Power Apps.
  • Experience providing user training, provisioning, and management of SharePoint solutions. 
  • A team player with solid communication skills, excellent at problem solving, troubleshooting, and embracing new challenges.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
  • This position requires a Secret clearance.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Previous federal government consulting experience (with Army).
  • Experience with Vantage.
  • Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint Administrator certifications.

The target salary range for this position is $110,000-$160,000
