Job description

As one of Microsoft’s most recognized global partners, Quisitive sits at the forefront of cloud transformation, enterprise data strategy, cybersecurity, and the emerging frontier of agentic AI. Here, consultants and technologists operate on the edge of innovation—supported by a culture that values craftsmanship, open collaboration, and technical expertise. If you’re looking for a place where you can innovate, solve complex problems, and build solutions that make a measurable impact, join us.

As a Senior Technology Assessment Consultant, you will participate in and lead enterprise technology assessments that evaluate environments across applications, infrastructure, identity, security, and data platforms. These engagements help organizations understand their technology landscape, identify operational risks and dependencies, and develop modernization or rationalization strategies.

Responsibilities include:

Enterprise Technology Assessments

  • Analyze enterprise IT environments including applications, cloud infrastructure, identity platforms, data systems, and security architectures
  • Identify operational dependencies, architectural risks, and modernization opportunities
  • Interpret architecture diagrams, system inventories, and integration mappings to understand enterprise technology environments

Application Portfolio Analysis & Rationalization

  • Conduct application portfolio assessments to understand platform usage, dependencies, and operational complexity
  • Identify redundant or overlapping systems and recommend rationalization, consolidation, or modernization strategies
  • Evaluate application modernization readiness including cloud migration and platform consolidation opportunities

Assessment Analysis & Synthesis

  • Use structured assessment methodologies and technology analysis platforms to evaluate technical documentation and environment data
  • Validate findings with domain specialists across infrastructure, security, data, and application domains
  • Translate technical analysis into clear recommendations and executive-ready insights

Client Engagement

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with client technical teams and leadership
  • Guide discussions on architecture, modernization strategy, and technology priorities
  • Present findings and recommendations to technical leaders and executive stakeholders

Collaboration & Advisory

  • Partner with architects and subject matter experts across security, infrastructure, applications, data, and AI domains
  • Contribute to planning follow-on modernization or transformation initiatives identified during assessments
  • Support proposal development and presales discussions related to advisory engagements

Dynamic Consulting Environment

  • Contribute to multiple client engagements simultaneously while balancing analysis, client interaction, and deliverable development
  • Adapt quickly to new technology environments and architectures
  • Continue expanding knowledge across enterprise platforms, architecture patterns, and emerging technologies

Some assessment engagements may include the design and development of Copilot agents or AI-enabled workflow proofs-of-concept to validate potential solution approaches.
