Requirements:

  • Own and execute a multi-channel, 360-degree content plan aligned with marketing pillars and sales enablement, coordinating with departments, agencies, freelancers, and vendor partners
  • Draft compelling full-funnel copy (blogs, social, ads; landing pages, email flows) and create GTM materials; optimize content for automation
  • Lead integrated campaigns end-to-end with lead nurturing, ensuring content supports automation and marketing pillars
  • Perform SEO and brand quality assurance, including regular audits, keyword checks, accurate links, and strong grammar, while tracking content metrics to improve ROI and site health

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Familiarize and work towards being the content “expert” for SuperStaff;
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Coordinate and work collaboratively with the different company departments, agencies, freelancers and other vendor partners. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the brand and drive qualified traffic to our front door (Utilize database tools for extracting correct email address information, and upkeep and maintenance of this contact data);
  • Execute a multi-channel 360-degree content plan that aligns marketing pillars with sales enablement (GTM decks).
  • Draft compelling copy for the full funnel: from awareness (blogs/social/ads) to conversion (landing pages/email flows);
  • Integrated campaign execution and lead nurturing that manages marketing campaigns from start to finish with content optimized for automation and aligned with the marketing pillars;
  • SEO and brand quality assurance that maintains website standards through regular audits and keyword checks while ensuring content aligns with brand voice, accurate links, and strong grammar;
  • Performance analytics and reporting that tracks key content metrics including traffic, engagement, and conversion while identifying gaps and improving existing assets to drive stronger roi and overall site health;
  • May be assigned to handle new projects as needed. Other related marketing support, communication, and tasks may also be required periodically
