JOB DESCRIPTION 

We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Growth Team in Athens. In this role, you will focus exclusively on managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels for the online booking services of our telco strategic partner.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in performance marketing, content creation, and analytics. Responsibilities include:

  • Executing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Display channels
  • Monitoring campaign performance and supporting reporting (CTR, CPA, conversions)
  • Creating content to promote our services through digital channels (ads, creatives, landing pages)
  • Collaborating with the CRM team of our telco strategic partner on acquisition initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure smooth user-flow functionality 
  • Preparing performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
  • Understanding industry and market needs to improve targeting, responsiveness, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and campaign optimization principles
  • Experience in marketing technology tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Canva)
  • High level of discipline, ownership and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Team player willing to foster team collaboration and growth of team members
  • Result-driven mindset,  focused on business growth
  • Basic understanding of Agile project management methodologies
