Web Development Specialist (Remote – LATAM Preferred)

Job Summary:

The Web Development Specialist will be responsible for managing and improving all websites and web applications within the Otte Polo Group, including brands such as Geeks On Site, Responsive Answering, and Phase V Fulfillment. You will collaborate with a team of developers, ensure optimal site performance, oversee new feature rollouts, and work closely with marketing and operations to drive business goals through digital innovation.

Responsibilities:

Lead front-end and back-end development across all company websites and platforms.
Ensure high-performing, responsive, and SEO-optimized websites.
Manage development timelines, updates, bug fixes, and feature releases.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement landing pages, CRO testing, and content updates.

Requirements

5+ years of professional web development experience.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.

Experience with version control (Git), hosting environments (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare), and web performance tools (e.g., PageSpeed Insights).

Experience with API integrations and third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, CRMs).
Familiarity with CRO tools such as Hotjar, VWO, or A/B testing platforms.
UI/UX collaboration experience or familiarity with design systems.
