Now Hiring: Home Health Quality Assurance Reviewer (RN/LPN)
Location: Remote
Full Time | Monday through Friday | Day Schedule

New Day Healthcare is looking for a detail driven Home Health Quality Assurance Reviewer to support our team. This role focuses on ensuring clinical documentation meets compliance standards while helping drive quality patient outcomes across our home health services.

What You Will Do

Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Ensure charts meet state, federal, and payer requirements
Conduct chart audits and identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to resolve documentation issues
Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Assist with OASIS review and ensure proper documentation standards
Maintain timely and organized review processes to meet deadlines
Provide feedback and education to clinical staff as needed

What We Are Looking For

Active RN or LPN license required
Home Health experience required
Quality assurance or chart review experience preferred
Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance standards
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Experience with EMR systems and OASIS preferred
