About You

We’re looking for a driven, analytical, and results-oriented Sales Leader to join our growing Xsolla Advertising Team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new and expanding business line at the intersection of performance marketing, game commerce, and advertising technology. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to help shape a new and expanding business line at the intersection of performance marketing, game commerce, and advertising technology.

In this client-facing role, you’ll work directly with game developers, publishers, and brands to unlock new growth opportunities through Xsolla’s advertising solutions. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, design data-driven campaign strategies, and help elevate the value of advertising as a performance growth channel. You’ll also collaborate closely with Xsolla’s leadership, product, and data teams to enhance our advertising offering and scale adoption across the global gaming ecosystem.

Strong sales leadership and analytical skills are essential, along with experience in ad tech, digital media, and gaming. The ability to balance new business development with long-term partner success — while communicating fluently with both game developers and brand stakeholders — will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and onboarding game studios, publishers, and brands onto Xsolla's advertising platform.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign success, including setup, optimization, and performance reporting using advertising best practices.

  • Analyze and interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams — including product, data, and leadership — to refine Xsolla's advertising solutions, contribute to product evolution, and share market feedback.

  • Champion Xsolla's advertising capabilities by representing the team in meetings, industry events, and partner discussions, positioning Xsolla as a trusted partner in the advertising ecosystem.

    Qualifications & Skills — Required

    • 3–5 years of experience in business development, client success, or account management within the advertising, ad tech, or digital media industries.

    • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.

    • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes.

    • Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proven experience in data analysis and the use of advertising or analytics platforms (e.g., DSPs, MMPs).

      Nice to Have

      • Previous experience working with gaming or entertainment brands.

      • Familiarity with mobile advertising, attribution models, and user acquisition strategies.

      • Understanding of ad tech tools and ecosystems, including SSPs, DSPs, and measurement platforms.

      • Basic knowledge of creative optimization, audience targeting, and A/B testing methodologies.

      • A passion for gaming, digital innovation, and performance-driven marketing.
