  • Create and manage Salesforce opportunities to process approved Change Orders from start to closure
  • Coordinate with Accounting to ensure that all information required to properly communicate the financial impact of the resulting transactions is captured and documented

Purpose 

We are seeking a detail oriented team member to support the mission critical work of our Directors of Customer Relationships “DCP” team in enhancing school safety nationwide through administering their quote and contract documentation.  This person will help make schools safer by facilitating the paperwork to allow teachers and others to get access to the tools they need.


Position Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain a process to record and prioritize inquiries and requests for documentation associated with customer service changes.
  • Produce Quotes and Change Order documentation as needed for changes in customer services identified by the DCP team with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Create and manage to closure any  Salesforce opportunities when needed to process the approved Change Orders.Manage the creation and closure of Salesforce opportunities as necessary to process approved Change Orders.
  • Coordinate with Accounting to ensure that all information required to properly communicate the financial impact of  the resulting transactions are properly captured and documented.
  • Provide recommendations and when possible lead projects to improve the efficiency of the Change Order and quoting processes.
  • This role does not include any anticipated travel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
  • Up to 2 years of experience in contracts administration, sales operations, legal coordination, or related business support roles
  • Recent graduates with relevant internships, coursework, or project experience are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage processes, and set reasonable expectations on the timing of deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient user of Salesforce. CRM and ideally familiar with the RevCloud CPQ tool
  • Knowledge of and experience using the G-suite of office tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate requests from multiple sources.
  • A basic understanding of credit memos and  invoicing practices and related terminology.
  • Experience with and basic knowledge of contracting principles.
