Master's Degree in Social Work or a related human services field from an accredited college or university

Requirements:

Provide teletherapy to adults, adolescents and children with mental health issues (individual and family therapy) via a 100% virtual platform
Conduct clinical assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and track client progress
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with credentialing, funder requirements and organizational policies
Communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to coordinate care and ensure quality outcomes

Description

We are looking for Licensed Therapists or if you have an anticipated licensed date and you are a LMHC, LCSW or LMFT.
In this position, you will work with adult, adolescent and children diagnosed with mental health issues. This is a 100% virtual position that allows you to have a flexible 40-hour workweek. We offer a base pay with great incentive pay after you’ve met the requirement. We also offer an excellent medical, dental and vision plans along with other optional insurances along with a 401K!

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related human services field from an accredited college or university
Florida License in mental health, social work or marriage and family therapy
Must reside in the state of Florida
At least 1 year of experience providing clinical services to children and families
Successful Level II Background Screening and pre-employment drug screen
Must complete all credentialing requirements as outlined by IMPOWER, funder requirements and the Council of Accreditation
