Position Overview: KSA Integration is seeking a Chief Scientist serves as the senior scientific and technical authority to the Marine Corps’ Deputy Commandant, Installations & Logistics, Logistics Plans Division.  This role would advise in the areas of  Future  Operations, Strategic Mobility, Readiness, War Reserve, and  Prepositioning program support. This role provides visionary technical  leadership, oversees modeling and simulation activities, and guides  development of analytical tools and playbooks. 


This Position is Contingent Upon Award 


Anticipated Start Date: Summer 2026  


Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established by the Government customer.

Clearance Required: Active Secret  
 

Travel Requirement: Approximately 10% 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Provide senior-level scientific leadership and technical direction across all program activities. 
  • Lead development of integrated AI playbooks for uniformed and civilian users. 
  • Oversee modeling and simulation, analysis, and documentation across the spectrum of logistics functions. 
  • Evaluate classified and unclassified plans to achieve logistics readiness objectives. 
  • Conduct trade-space analysis (system capability vs. readiness vs. cost) to support budgeting and resource allocation. 
  • Lead development of recommendations for new methods and practices for risk analysis informing budget and investment strategies. 
  • Provide rapid assessment of alternatives, problem solving, and after-action assessments of logistical issues.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 

  • TS/SCI Clearance may be required.
