Job Summary:
Nationwide Marketing Group is seeking a Manager of Software Development to join our Product Data Management & Operations team.
The Software Development Manager (AI/Data Platforms) is a leadership role responsible for overseeing multidisciplinary engineering teams that include software developers, data engineers, and Java-based web scraping engineers. This role combines people leadership, technical oversight, and strategic delivery ownership, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled data acquisition, intelligent web scraping, and scalable platform development. This leader will drive execution across multiple technical domains while building high-performing teams, defining technical direction, and ensuring delivery excellence. The manager will align engineering efforts with business objectives, own delivery outcomes, establish operational excellence, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant systems. This role requires deep experience in AI-driven web scraping, large-scale data acquisition, distributed systems, and cloud-native platforms (GCP, AWS), along with strong people leadership, organizational development, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
