We provide care for patients in their homes who are managing a chronic condition or recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.
The Area Vice President of Operations will implement the operational strategy required to fulfill the region objectives. This strategy will focus on assuring sales and earnings growth, operational success, ongoing performance improvement, and compliance and regulatory adherence. You will work with multiple areas at both the regional and corporate level to ensure achievement of overall goals. Ideally, candidates should live in Texas or near a major airport with direct service to Texas. We expect approximately 25-50% travel to achieve 15 – 25 branch touchpoints per year (in-person visits when possible).
Essential Responsibilities:
In general terms, you have operations management experience (typically 8+ years) in a multi-site, multi-state, post-acute care, home health environment. You will have expertise in developing large-scale business strategy, along with a history of growth performance and budget achievements. You will have financial skills and an ability to create practical solutions to address challenges. You exhibit engagement and emotional intelligence. Finally, you will be a people leader with executive presence and experience expanding and elevating the capabilities and performance of a multi-level team.
