  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent
  • Five years healthcare sales experience (preferred)
  • Experience managing a multi-site sales team with a minimum of 5M in annual healthcare revenue
  • Previous home health or hospice sales experience strongly preferred

Requirements:

  • Manage, develop and train the area sales team to achieve or exceed area sales and profit targets
  • Analyze gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume/mix and competition to inform strategy
  • Partner with Sales Management to develop and execute the area-specific annual strategic plan/budget and prepare quarterly sales updates to ensure achievement of established sales goals
  • Partner with Operations to ensure continued branch growth by expanding new and existing client base

As an Area Director of Sales, you will:

Manage, develop and train sales team to ensure area sales and profit targets are achieved or exceeded

Partner with Operations counterpart to ensure continued branch growth by expanding new and existing client base.

Manage the Coastal NC sales team

Required or Preferred Experience/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent

Five years healthcare sales experience is preferred

Current or recent experience managing a multi site sales team with a minimum of 5M in annual healthcare revenue

Previous home health or hospice sales experience strongly preferred

Success in revenue growth and in the development and execution of market planning

Travel within an assigned territory 3-4 days per week and to sales meetings

Live within 2 hours of the assigned territory

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$115,200 - $158,400 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
