Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations managing a team of up to 150 FTE; reporting into the Sr. Operations Manager.

  • Responsible for managing TaskUs client relationships and being the POC on a day-to-day basis, providing them with updates in regards to performance, and you will be responsible for presenting in business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually). 

  • You will work closely with your team leaders and teammates to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.

  • You are also responsible for making sure that KPIs are being met consistently and solving business problems through innovation (example of KPI’s: CSAT, AHT, Resolution rate). 

  • We need someone who has the proven ability to scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee retention.

What we’re looking for:

  • B2 English Level or Higher.

  • Two plus years of managing supervisors in the call center environment; BPO experience is a plus

  • One plus year of client management experience

  • (nice to have) Bachelor degree in business administration or management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Expectations:

  • This application will be used for positions that are located on-site at one of our offices in Cali/The Arena or Work from Home within 7o miles from Cali. 

  • We ask that Operations Managers have an open and flexible schedule - the hours of operations depend on the clients’ needs
