Roles & Responsibilities

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's program (3rd year) in Sport Business or a related field, or higher
  • Availability to start an apprenticeship in September 2026, in Dijon (on-site)
  • Interest or experience in sport retail, commerce and marketing with knowledge of omnichannel strategies
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate a team while ensuring safety and compliance with legal obligations

Requirements:

  • Develop and drive local omnichannel performance for the assigned sports category and territory; build and execute the commercial policy across in-store and online channels
  • Lead sales, customer relations, and merchandising to optimize performance of the store and zone (physical and digital), including product availability and display
  • Ensure daily store operations, safety of customers and staff, and compliance with legal obligations and company policies
  • Lead the team, foster an engaging and eco-responsible work environment, and implement management schemes aligned with transformation goals and performance objectives

- Description : Offre d’Alternance – Bachelor Management du Sport Commerce et marketing 

Type de contrat : Alternance 

Date de début : Rentrée septembre 2026 

Descriptif du poste : Développer la performance locale omnicanale sur mes sports (RR) 

★ Construire et animer ma politique commerciale omnicanale sur ma zone coordonnée à mon territoire. 

★ Faire performer la vente et la relation client sur mon magasin et ma zone 

★ Faire performer mon linéaire physique et digital 

★ Animer et atteindre mes objectifs commerciaux et ma rentabilité sur mon commerce omnicanal ( instore / outstore) 

★ Garantir la sécurité des clients, des coéquipiers, des biens et des données . 

● Construire et gérer mon organisation.

● Animer l’éco responsabilité Manager une équipe (Leader) 

★ Prendre soin de moi et de mes coéquipiers en créant un environnement de travail motivant, bienveillant 

★ Animer le schéma du management ( Projet d'équipe - individuel, Mission , EI, Rémunération, Performance) en intégrant les enjeux de transformations. 

★ Développer un collectif au service du projet 

★ Respecter et faire respecter les obligations légales et conventionnelles du personnel Assurer la permanence exploitation journalière du magasin 

★ Assurer la sécurité du magasin 

★ Assurer la disponibilité des coéquipiers 

★ Assurer la disponibilités des produits  

  • Profil : Bachelor 3 ème année section Sport Business ou supérieur. 

  • Formation : Aucun frais ne sera à la charge des candidats 

               Rémunération selon niveau d’études + âge
