Job Summary: As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of complex applications. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and acting as the central liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands overseeing the progress of development efforts, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards. The Application Lead also facilitates communication across multiple teams, resolves challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and user satisfaction.
· Roles & Responsibilities: Ability to lead the solutioning/ Pre-sales in SME capacity.
· Lead the offshore delivery of EPM engagements.
· Good hands-on knowledge of Oracle EPM modules and working experience with senior level client community.
· Ability to build, scaleup and lead the offshore EPM practice.
· Working closely with the global leadership on solutioning, delivery and practice building.
· Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
· Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
· Responsible for team decisions.
· Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
· Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
· Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of application components.
· Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of work.
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong expertise in application design and configuration within enterprise environments. - Experience in managing application lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective application solutions. - Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive consensus and achieve project objectives. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
