Strong communication and interpersonal skills for daily customer visits and VIP engagements
Ability to plan and manage a fixed sales territory and maintain up-to-date customer information
Experience with budgeting and expense management for marketing activities and timely reporting
Willingness to work long hours and be reachable from 08:00 to 22:00
Requirements:
Daily field visits: maintain 4.5 days of field activity per week and at least 12 effective face-to-face visits per day, with proper coverage for A/B level customers
VIP engagements: monthly visits to senior leaders of targeted hospitals to obtain support
Product introduction and knowledge: conduct at least one weekly product introduction meeting and participate in weekly product knowledge training with assessments
Territory and financial/product management: monthly territory planning; weekly progress tracking; update customer information; prepare and approve marketing budgets, submit DM within three weeks of expenses, and develop product development plans including new products
