Requirements:

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for Army/DoD personnel, including system access, account provisioning, and required documentation, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain compliance records across the employee lifecycle, ensure onboarding documentation (NDAs, training acknowledgments, etc.) is complete and accurate, and support audits.
  • Act as a liaison among program leadership, Facility Security Officers, HR, IT, government representatives, and security teams to streamline onboarding and enforce contract security requirements, including clearance verification and access approvals.
  • Coordinate travel per Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and maintain onboarding and compliance trackers, dashboards, and status reports for leadership; identify process improvements and support surge onboarding as needed.

About the Role

Do you enjoy bringing order and structure to complex onboarding and compliance processes?

We are actively seeking an exceptional Onboarding and Compliance Coordinator to ensure the seamless integration of personnel into our team for a new and exciting program supporting the Department of War. In this role, you will coordinate onboarding activities, verify access and security requirements, and ensure all documentation and training are completed on time.

You will work with government and contractor teams to track onboarding progress, maintain compliance records, and support audits. Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key to ensuring personnel readiness and overall program compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for our employees supporting Army and DoD initiatives, including system access, account provisioning, and required documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractor onboarding specialists to onboard subcontract resources to the Program.
  • Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of all prerequisites
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of onboarding documentation (NDAs, onboarding forms, training acknowledgments, etc.)
  • Track onboarding status and maintain compliance records throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Proactively communicate with Army stakeholders, program managers, and contact/agreement specialists.
  • Support offboarding processes to ensure contract, system, and security requirements are met
  • Serve as a liaison between program leadership, Facility Security Officer(s), HR, IT, government representatives, and security teams to streamline onboarding activities
  • Ensure compliance with contract security requirements, including clearance verification and access approvals
  • Maintain compliance with DoW and Army onboarding policies and procedures
  • Manage and track compliance documentation, audits, and reporting requirements
  • Assist with personnel documentation required for Army installations, exercises, and operational deployments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), including authorizations and vouchers
  • Maintain onboarding and compliance trackers, dashboards, and status reports for leadership
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance onboarding efficiency and compliance adherence
  • Support surge onboarding efforts to meet mission and program demands

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting DoW, Army, or other Defense-related customers
  • Experience onboarding personnel to military or government programs
  • Working knowledge of contract security requirements (e.g., personnel clearances, access control processes)
  • Experience coordinating travel in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with government and contractor stakeholders
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Army onboarding systems and enterprise IT access processes
  • Proficiency with tracking and workflow tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Jira, ServiceNow, ClickUp)
  • Prior experience supporting classified or controlled unclassified programs
  • Familiarity with clearance processing workflows and facility security practices
  • Experience working on technology or C2‑related defense programs
  • Experience supporting multi‑location or geographically dispersed teams
