Configure contracted pricing, billing terms, and service parameters within internal systems to ensure accurate invoicing and ordering functionality
Translate contract language (fee schedules, terms, amendments) into system configurations and updates
Support implementation of new clients and providers by setting up and maintaining accurate system data
Maintain and update provider, client, and equipment catalog data to reflect current offerings and contract terms
Partner cross-functionally with Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Client Services teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment
Perform ongoing system audits and quality checks to ensure 100% accuracy in configuration work
Serve as a resource for troubleshooting configuration issues and improving system processes
Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accuracy in data entry, billing, or system configuration work
Experience working with contracts, pricing structures, or billing processes (healthcare or DME preferred)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with systems, databases, or operational platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Self-directed, organized, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
