  • Available to work Monday–Friday 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. EST (with Saturday rotation every 6–8 weeks) and willing to participate in a 6-week training program.

Requirements:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, processing and upkeep of pharmacy orders and addressing order inquiries and issues.
  • Address member inquiries received via telephonic outreach and provide timely resolutions.
  • Schedule deliveries for patients in compliance with accreditation and board of pharmacy requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of escalation processes to communicate urgent patient needs.

** Remote based position anywhere in the United States, must be available to work Monday - Friday 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. EST. Saturday rotation once every 6 - 8 weeks. Training is from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. for 6 weeks. Targeted start date is 5/11/26**

Position Purpose: Handle inbound and outbound calls, including the processing and upkeep of pharmacy orders and handling of order inquiries and issues.

  • Address member inquiries/request received via telephonic outreach

  • Schedule deliveries for patients, adhering to accreditation and board of pharmacy requirements

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of inter escalation process to adequately communicate urgent patient needs

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range: $15.87 - $27.25 per hour
