As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable systems and features across the stack. About 70% of your focus will be backend and 30% frontend. You will work hands-on across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, contributing directly to a platform that enables partner-driven growth at scale.

This role is for engineers who take ownership, think in systems, and enjoy shipping production-ready solutions in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable full-stack features using an API-driven architecture.
• Develop and maintain distributed systems with a focus on availability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to plan and deliver high-impact projects.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on long-term scalability.
• Integrate AI into development workflows, including coding, testing, and monitoring.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment best practices.
• Take ownership of features from design through production and ongoing optimization.

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade systems, preferably in SaaS/product environments.
• Strong experience with distributed systems and scalable backend architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP (Laravel) and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Angular experience is a must, with the ability to work across the full stack (backend-heavy but frontend capable).
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced, unstructured environments, with high ownership and adaptability.
• Familiarity with AI tools/workflows to support development is a plus.
