Job Description :As the Vice President of Casualty Strategy & Product Development you will lead high-stakes consulting engagements for Tier-1 insurance carriers, serving as the connective tissue between complex data silos and executive action. You will orchestrate a multidisciplinary, decentralized team to transform first-party claims data, internal benchmarking, and macro-industry trends into comprehensive strategic roadmaps. Your primary mandate is to move beyond reporting and define the narrative of program success and architect the next generation of program offerings (internal and external).

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $190,000 - $225,000 annually plus bonus and equity opportunities. Compensation is based on a number of factors including skills, experience, and education.
