Map and detail business processes and customer journeys including registration, provisioning, authentication, token lifecycle, and wallet usage
Define and support integration requirements with the Pismo platform, ensuring alignment between business rules, operational processes, and technical solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Atuar como elo entre negócio, tecnologia e stakeholders, garantindo entendimento claro dos objetivos do projeto de implementação das soluções digitais no aplicativo;
Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio e funcionais relacionados a Push Provisioning, Tokenização e integração com carteiras digitais (Google Wallet, Apple Wallet e Samsung Wallet);
Mapear e detalhar fluxos de negócio e jornadas do cliente, incluindo cadastro, provisionamento, autenticação, ciclo de vida do token e uso do cartão em wallets digitais;
Apoiar a definição de requisitos de integração com a plataforma Pismo, assegurando alinhamento entre regras de negócio, processos operacionais e soluções técnicas;
Elaborar e manter documentação funcional e técnica de apoio, como BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, critérios de aceite e diagramas de processos e fluxos.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experiência como Business Analyst atuando como interface entre negócio, tecnologia e stakeholders;
Conhecimento em levantamento, análise e documentação de requisitos de negócio e funcionais;
Experiência com projetos envolvendo Push Provisioning, Tokenização e integração com carteiras digitais;
Capacidade de mapeamento de fluxos de negócio e jornadas do cliente;
Experiência em definição e apoio a requisitos de integração com plataformas tecnológicas;
Vivência na elaboração de documentação funcional e técnica, incluindo BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, critérios de aceite e diagramas de processos e fluxos.
