  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate with design, development, and SEO teams to deliver projects on time and to scope, working remotely
  • Understand client goals and translate them into clear project requirements and success metrics
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities and support clients in scaling their online presence
