Position Overview
We are looking for a rock star WalkMe Learning Consultant & Content Developer to join our growing ISG Training as a Service (TaaS) consulting services team with a focus on developing innovative learning solutions and thought leadership in a client-facing role. This person will play a key role in the design and development of WalkMe content to support ongoing system training and technology adoption engagements. The goal is to be able to create WalkMe content and customize the solution to the client’s needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
The WalkMe Learning Consultant & Content Developer is responsible for the following:
Recommend best practices for utilization of the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) for assigned projects
Develop technology adoption content using the WalkMe platform for assigned engagements
Apply time management and project management skills to deliver assigned deliverables according to project timelines & standards
Develop training solutions using WalkMe (e.g., DAP Content, eLearning courses, quick reference guides, and work instructions) utilizing his or her review and expertise in instructional design and digital adoption best practices and methodologies
Ensure standards are followed to meet defined quality standards, client requirements and exceed client expectations
Utilize effective consulting and communications skills to build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with team members
Update Development Tracker for assigned projects, and communicate status to the appropriate team leadership and client stakeholders on a scheduled basis
Promptly identify issues or risks to Leadership and recommend solutions
Required Skillsets
This a remote role based in the US, limited travel may be required (less than 30%) for client engagements
3+ years of experience designing and developing WalkMe content for enterprise systems
Demonstrated ability to apply Instructional Design methodology, thought leadership, innovative thinking, and adult learning principles in a learning and development project (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
3+ years of corporate or consulting experience in a Learning and Development role
2+ years of consulting experience (client-facing experience desired)
Demonstrated ability with Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning development tools (preferable)
Strong attention to detail and quality of work output
Education
Relevant Bachelor's degree and work experience in a corporate or consulting role
Project Management experience (waterfall and agile experience Desirable)
