The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Engineer based in Oregon or Washington. This is a remote role with a mix of home office work and travel, mainly across the Northwest region, with occasional travel throughout the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform installations, service, and support visits at customer and dealer locations

● Plan and deliver installation and technical training for dealerships

● Handle customer support cases via email and phone in collaboration with the support team

● Support warranty claim administration and process NCR (Non-Conformance Report) documentation

● Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth information flow and execution

● Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

● A proactive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn

● Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge

● Experience working with heavy equipment

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

● Strong attention to detail and a structured, professional work style

● Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

● Experience in a similar technical support or field service role is a plus
