Role: Mendix Developer

Location: Remote

Required skills:

• Proven experience as a Mendix Developer working in production environments
• Strong experience providing L3 support and working in Application Managed Services
• Solid knowledge of microflows, domain modeling, security, and user roles in Mendix
• Experience with integrations (REST and SOAP)
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including debugging and performance analysis
• Experience working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Good understanding of application lifecycle in production (deployments, incidents, fixes)
• Experience managing incidents according to SLAs and priorities (P1–P4)
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose preventive actions
• Experience maintaining documentation and supporting operational governance processes
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, security, business stakeholders)
• Strong communication skills, with ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in English

Nice to have:

• Mendix certifications (Rapid, Intermediate, Advanced)
• Experience in regulated or industrial environments
• Exposure to identity and security topics (SSO, IAM, certificates)
• French language
