Requirements:

  • Resolve billing issues and locate absent purchase orders; facilitate communication between store management and customers to resolve concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Total Truck Rep, Regional Account Manager, and Area Manager to address Truck Care issues and improve customer service.
  • Generate reports and analytics; maintain complete and accurate customer data in Salesforce; communicate with Fleet customers daily as needed.

     Welcome to Love's: The primary purpose of this remote position is to manage and solve customer’s Truck Care maintenance back-office issues. 

 

Job Functions:

  • Manage a portfolio of Fleet accounts; respond to customer maintenance issues, solve issues where applicable, identify who within Love’s can fix issues, follow up with internal resources until issue is solved, contact customer with resolution
  • Fix billing issues, find absent PO’s,and/or facilitate communication between store management and customers to resolve customer concerns
  • Work as a team with the Total Truck Rep, Regional Account Manager and Area Manager to solve Truck Care related issues to improve customer service
  • Report generation and analytics
  • Responsible for complete and accurate customer data within Salesforce customer management software
  • Communicate with Fleet customers on a daily basis and as needed
  • Other duties assigned as needed

 

Experience and Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience in customer service or customer focused account management preferred

 

Skills and Physical Demands: 

  • Self-motivated, sales driven and detail oriented individual. This individual will office from home and must be a self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn new software applications and computer programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team work and time management skills
  • Must be available for occasional evening and/or weekend work 
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
