Position Summary

The Pricing and Contract Administration Senior Analyst is responsible for implementation and accuracy of pricing for all US, Canada Facilities that are part of the AST business unit. Role provides support and information to STERIS Senior Management, Corporate Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Distribution Operations, and is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data. Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing Internal & External Audit Requests. Responsible for preparing reporting that identifies patterns and trends to guide the strategies best suited for growth and Customer satisfaction.   Senior Analyst must have a working knowledge of AST contracts, and be able to proactively identify opportunities to enhance STERIS pricing systems to meet evolving needs of the business. 

This is a fully remote role. 

What You'll Do as a Senior Pricing & Contracts Administration Analyst

• Central  point of contact for the Global Sales team and Site Operations, Operations for all inquiries related to Customer contract alignment, contract/pricing policies, price inquiries, or other contract terms & conditions. 
• Review pricing requests to ensure compliance with STERIS pricing policies and compliance with existing contracts.
• Administer contract maintenance in  all relevant platforms utilized by AST (ODMS/Salesforce); ensure all contracts, approvals, price files, tier change requests, and other documentation is maintained according to department standards and readily accessible by approved team.
• Develop and maintain work instructions for the department.
• Create ad hoc reports and utilize STERIS information systems to support pricing and contract data needs of STERIS Senior Management, Corporate Accounts, Sales, Marketing, Government, and Internal/External Audit. Reporting needs include sales histories, contract pricing, margin analysis, terms and conditions, membership alignments, tier qualification and influences on contract performance at established cadence.
• Provide recommendations and subject matter expertise to support proposed special pricing situations, promotions, and ability to implement. Submit sales reports to GPO as required for contract promotions/group buys. 
• Collaborate with STERIS Business systems and Transformation Team to develop solutions to support STERIS special pricing and contract initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity while compiling contract performance analytics providing results to, relevant staff and Directors for Remove obsolete products and participate in processes outlined in STERIS Price Calendar.
• Provide training support to Site Operations regarding Pricing Administration
• Propose modifications to processes and systems to gain efficiencies and meet evolving needs of the business. 
• Proactively identify reporting opportunities for advanced analytics to enhance STERIS pricing systems to meet evolving needs of the business based upon knowledge of healthcare contracts, purchasing groups, and changes in the healthcare industry.
• Coordinate and participate in special projects.

The Experience, Skills & Abilities Needed

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in Customer Service or analytical role required.
• 2+ years of experience with a CRM required
• Advanced proficiency in Excel required.
• Residency in the U.S. Eastern Standard time (EST) zone.

• Minimum of two years STERIS experience preferred.

• Knowledge of STERIS systems including Sales Connection with a minimum of two years experience using Cognos and Oracle.
• Strong technical skills including an understanding of relational databases.
