Requirements:

  • Manage the full sales funnel, conduct daily proactive prospecting, and qualify leads
  • Conduct client meetings, present solutions, and prepare budgets and formal proposals
  • Utilize and maintain CRM, follow up with leads and opportunities, and organize client acquisition events
  • Ensure rapid responses to clients (within 5 minutes) and participate in weekly sales meetings

Estamos em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) Comercial Pleno para atuar no segmento de intercâmbio internacional, com foco em vendas consultivas e relacionamento com clientes. Procuramos um profissional com perfil comercial, experiência em vendas e vivência internacional, que seja organizado, proativo e orientado a resultados. A posição é 100% remota, com remuneração variável atrativa e oportunidades reais de crescimento dentro do projeto.

Gestão completa do funil de vendas
Prospecção ativa diária
Atendimento e condução de reuniões comerciais
Organização de eventos de captação de clientes
Follow-up com leads e oportunidades
Utilização e gestão de CRM
Elaboração de orçamentos e propostas
Registro e envio de relatórios de produtividade
Resposta rápida aos clientes (até 5 minutos)
Participação em reuniões comerciais semanais
