Analista de Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and ABM concepts (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many).
  • Ability to align Marketing and Sales and collaborate with Account Executives.
  • Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools (RD Station, Zoho) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to research accounts, measure campaign performance, and optimize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Account mapping and ICP segmentation in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Market intelligence: deep research on selected accounts to identify decision-makers, pains, and business challenges.
  • Create personalized ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many) and develop tailored engagement plans.
  • CRM/tools management and results analysis: monitor engagement, pipeline progression, and campaign ROI using RD Station and Zoho.

Job description

Missão do Cargo: Construir e executar estratégias personalizadas para atrair, engajar e converter contas estratégicas (Key Accounts). Será o elo de conexão direta entre o Marketing e o Comercial, garantindo que nossas campanhas falem a língua dos tomadores de decisão e acelerem o ciclo de vendas.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Mapeamento de Contas: Identificar e segmentar contas-alvo (ICP) em conjunto com o time comercial e Marketing.
  • Inteligência de Mercado: Realizar pesquisas profundas sobre as contas selecionadas (quem são os decisores, dores do setor e desafios do negócio).
  • Criação de Campanhas Personalizadas: Desenvolver estratégias de ABM 1:1, 1:Few e 1:Many, criando réguas de relacionamento sob medida.
  • Alinhamento Marketing/Vendas: Liderar reuniões de alinhamento com  Account Executives para garantir que os leads gerados recebam a abordagem correta.
  • Personalização de Conteúdo: Escrever e adaptar copy para e-mails, landing pages, anúncios (LinkedIn Ads) e materiais de apoio focados em contas específicas.
  • Gestão de Ferramentas: Operar CRM e ferramentas de prospecção para monitorar o engajamento das contas e a evolução do pipeline ( RD Station e ZOHO).
  • Análise de Resultados: Acompanhar métricas como taxa de abertura, engajamento por conta, velocidade do funil e ROI de campanhas específicas.
