Requirements:

Drive designated routes on public streets across city and regional zones to capture street imagery with 360-degree cameras mounted on the vehicle, ensuring data is stored on onboard computers
Operate and monitor 360-camera-equipped vehicles, ensure data quality, and comply with safety and weather considerations; multiple site visits may be required for optimal image quality
Adhere to project schedule (Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week) and be flexible for overtime; maintain timely and reliable data collection
Demonstrate good local knowledge of the area and traffic patterns; communicate effectively with the team; maintain high level of responsibility and reliability; comply with security clearance

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data acquisition company founded in Europe in 2017.

We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, video, record voice and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America and ready to take on new challenges.

project goal

Das Ziel des Projekts ist es, Bilder von Straßen, wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentlichen Bereichen zu sammeln. Das Projekt wird auf Autos durchgeführt, die mit 360-Kameras auf dem Dach ausgestattet sind, die den Bereich um das Fahrzeug abbilden und diese Bilder auf Computern im Fahrzeug speichern. Diese Daten werden später genutzt, um eine der weltweit beliebtesten Online-Karten zu verbessern.

Den Datenkollektoren werden spezifische Routen entlang öffentlicher Straßen und Bereiche zugewiesen, die sich gezielt auf Geschäftsviertel und historische Stätten konzentrieren. Aufgrund schlechter Wetterbedingungen werden einige Bereiche mehrfach besucht, um die bestmögliche Bildqualität zu gewährleisten. Das Projekt soll mindestens 8 Monate dauern und verschiedene Stadt-/Bundesländer-Zonen abdecken.

Der ideale Kandidat/die ideale Kandidatin mag das Fahren, kennt die Gegend und die Verkehrstrends gut, ist sehr verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig.

Der erwartete Zeitplan für das Projekt ist Montag bis Freitag, 8 Stunden/Tag, 40 Stunden pro Woche. Sie können mehr als 8 Stunden pro Tag arbeiten, wenn Sie möchten.

Anforderungen:

Must have a valid driver's license (driving experience, at least 1-2 years)

Must have parking space for one vehicle

Must be allowed to work in Germany

Must pass a security clearance
