Job description

RYZ Labs is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join one of our clients’ teams. In this role, you’ll design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions by translating complex business needs into high-impact implementations. You will serve as a strategic lead in helping customers adopt Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud, with a core focus on pioneering Agentforce solutions.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with demonstrated leadership in requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Strong hands-on experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce core data model, security, automation, and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
  • Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Non-Profit Cloud.
  • Exposure to quoting, pricing, or order-to-cash processes.
  • Experience working within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) and Consumer Business Services (CBS) sectors.
  • Familiarity with document generation or e-signature tools (e.g., Conga, Nintex, DocuSign).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with clients to improve performance and business outcomes using the Salesforce platform.
  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending new Salesforce features and enhancements while proactively addressing technical and functional objections.
  • Discovery & Documentation: Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and manage implementation backlogs.
  • Solution Design: Document workflows, use cases, and user stories for system enhancements.
  • Support "build vs. buy" decisions for third-party applications and integrations.
  • Delivery Excellence: Design and deliver solutions including customizations, automation, and integrations. Collaborate closely with delivery teams to configure, test, and deploy.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet business requirements; document issues and work with teams to resolve them.
  • Project Leadership: Manage time effectively across multiple client projects and lead high-impact solution demonstrations.
