We are able to accept candidates in CT or NC. ZenSource is seeking an Account Executive to retain, build, and strengthen client relationships for our SaaS platforms across healthcare, education, financial services and other B2B industries. You serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively identifying their needs, coordinating the right internal resources and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve issues, and drive adoption of new features and enhancements through targeted upsell opportunities. You’ll also support the SMEs as a key member of the presales team for new leads. A core responsibility is owning and enhancing our pre-sale content library with the latest case studies and other sales materials, as well as being the owner of the website and social media updates.
The ideal candidate excels in B2B client-facing support, inside sales with a basic level of content creation capabilities. This is a ground floor opportunity with high-growth potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues, triaging and routing requests to the appropriate subject matter experts across product, billing, training, and support to ensure timely resolution
Proactively identify client pain points and opportunities for growth; lead product demos and recommend enhancements, training services, and upsell opportunities
Drive consistent follow-through by tracking open issues, ensuring resolution, and confirming client satisfaction
Own and manage the Product Asset Library, maintaining current materials and partnering with SMEs to develop new assets (e.g., one-pagers, case studies, social content)
Support the Director of Marketing in executing campaigns and related initiatives
Partner with Sales and internal SMEs during the pre-sales cycle to support lead progression, demos, and solution positioning
Own and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up to date and leveraging analytics to provide insights and recommendations
Manage social media channels such as LinkedIn, including content creation, publishing, and performance tracking
What it takes to succeed in this role QUALIFICATIONS:
1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role (account management, inside sales, or customer success), preferably in a B2B SaaS or digital services environment

COMPENSATION: We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. The compensation range for this position is $60,000-75,000 annually, with potential for performance-based bonuses, 401k with employer match, and medical benefits.
