WithersRavenel is seeking an innovative and creative Marketing Associate to join our experienced marketing team and help advance our brand throughout the Southeast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to bring fresh ideas to life.
We’re looking for a motivated teammate who can help showcase our people, projects, and culture through engaging visuals and meaningful experiences. From capturing photography and video to supporting conferences, pursuits, and brand initiatives, this role plays an important part in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced—both internally and externally.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Cary, North Carolina office.
Key Responsibilities
Support a variety of marketing initiatives that bring the WithersRavenel brand to life. This includes creating visual content through photography and videography, assisting with proposals and marketing materials, coordinating conferences and events, maintaining digital marketing assets, and supporting brand consistency across platforms. This role also represents the firm at events and collaborates closely with technical and marketing teams to help tell the story of our people and projects.
This role requires periodic travel to offices, project sites, and industry events to support photography, videography, and conference participation.

Working Conditions
The assignment may require infrequent evening/weekend work and off site travel to career fairs and other related sites. Candidates should enjoy working in collaborative, fast-paced, and client-driven environment.

The assignment may occasionally require repetitive physical tasks (such as operating a computer), standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time, extended time travelling in a vehicle, and carrying equipment and materials up to 25 pounds.
