Roles & Responsibilities

  • Location within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; or Washington, DC

  • Perform quality assurance and control of their own work as well as the work of junior Case Processing Analysts prior to submitting advice, drafting official correspondence, and/or providing written recommendations for final review and approval by the government.
  • Assist the Supervisor and Federal staff by leading work and discussion groups, formulating and synthesizing information and ideas, reviewing and interpreting program data, and communicating solutions and changes in government policies or procedures orally and in writing.
  • Prepare a wide array of complex documents, correspondences, and program management reports to assess the efficiency or effectiveness of the production process.

About the Role:

The Senior Case Processing Analyst provides case processing services to facilitate the timely and effective processing of employer applications for government programs. The position requires an in-depth knowledge of the appropriate application of laws, regulations, polices, and program procedures, and the ability to maintain minimum production levels while providing accurate and timely work.

Security Clearance:

Must possess (or be able to obtain) a Federal public trust clearance.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • With minimal supervision, apply Federally approved standards of review of employer applications in accordance with Federal regulations, program integrity actions, government directives and policies, and applicable administrative case laws.
  • Perform quality assurance and control of their own work as well as the work of junior Case Processing Analysts prior to submitting advice, drafting official correspondence, and/or providing written recommendations for final review and approval by the government.
  • Assist the Supervisor and Federal staff by leading work and discussion groups, formulating and synthesizing information and ideas, reviewing and interpreting program data, and communicating solutions and changes in government policies or procedures orally and in writing.Implement advanced knowledge and case processing procedures for complex application issues.
  • Prepare a wide array of complex documents, correspondences, and program management reports to assess the efficiency or effectiveness of the production process.

Perform the duties of a junior Case Processing Analyst as needed, including:

  • Submitting accurate and timely recommendations and drafted correspondence to Federal decision-makers for initial, interim,            and/or final adjudication of applications supported by Federal regulations, policy and guidance.
  • Providing complete, orderly, and traceable administrative case documentation and maintaining all application-related documents and information in specified orders/categories/file structure(s) from the point-of filing to the final adjudicatory decision issued by the government.
  •  Recording, updating, and maintaining all application-related information, case actions/events, notes, and decisions in government case management or tracking systems from the point-of filing to the final adjudicatory decision issued by the government
