Licensed Life Insurance Advisor - Specialty Life Insurance 

Location: Anywhere in Canada

In partnership with The Empire Life Insurance Company, Specialty Life Insurance is hiring a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor. Starting at $40,000 annually, with the opportunity to increase to $50,000 within your first 3 months by achieving performance metrics, plus monthly bonuses and residuals – Six-Figure Potential! Ongoing requirements must be met.

About the Role:

  • We are hiring dedicated and results-driven Life Licensed Advisors (LLQP) eager to contribute to safeguarding the lives of Canadians, while leveraging our streamlined approach to handle incoming consumer inquiries.
  • Individuals will take direct ownership of telephone performance and client satisfaction goals. We value individuals who can embrace and drive change, operate with a sense of urgency, and foster positive, enduring relationships with clients. And here's the exciting part – our Advisors enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of their homes.

What you will do:

  • Manage incoming and outbound call sales opportunities
  • Connect with new and current clients to onboard, ensure satisfaction and build authentic, lasting relationships with SLI
  • Resolve any client sales related inquiries by partnering with the appropriate internal resources

What we offer:

  • $40,000 annually, with the opportunity to increase to $50,000 within your first 3 months, ongoing quarterly review with eligibility for $2000 quarterly increases to a maximum of $60,000 by achieving ongoing performance metrics and requirements. What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of individual life insurance sales, LLQP license with home provincial licensing in good standing
  • Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
  • A passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of accountability and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
  • Comfortable managing client escalations and able to problem-solve creatively
  • Basic knowledge Google docs, Microsoft Office


Technology Requirements:

  • 12GB of RAM
  • CPU - 5k Benchmark Score
  • Windows 11 or MacOS 15 Sequoia or Tahoe
  • Hardwired Connection 20mb DL and 10mb UL Speed Minimum
  • Smartphone running most recent OS version
  • A monitor (must have at least 2 screens)
  • USB Wired Headset
