Job description
This is a remote position.
IT Unlock (ITU) is a growing IT services firm specializing in IT staff augmentation and AI-enabled services. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager 360 with a strong recruitment background to take full ownership of key client accounts, including a major staff-augmentation client.
This role is critical to removing founder dependency, protecting revenue, and scaling a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who can manage client relationships, recruit when needed, and lead delivery through offshore teams.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Architect with strong Microsoft Fabric expertise to support the rollout of a unified data platform for multiple digital products hosted in Azure.
This is a hands-on architecture role, combining strategic design and technical delivery. You will play a key role in defining standards, building scalable data solutions, and ensuring governance and security across the platform.
You will work closely with architecture, security, DevOps, and product engineering teams to deliver high-impact, production-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Fabric Architecture & Delivery
Design and implement Microsoft Fabric solutions (Data Engineering, pipelines, Lakehouse, real-time/Eventstreams)
Build reusable patterns for data ingestion, transformation, and serving
Support both batch and near real-time data processing use cases
Data Platform Architecture
Define and maintain the target data platform architecture
Establish data product and domain-driven architecture patterns
Provide integration guidelines between shared and product-level datasets
Data Modeling & Standards
Define and enforce data modeling standards (conceptual, logical, physical)
Support modeling across complex data types (transactional, telemetry, documents, etc.)
Define schema evolution, versioning, and data contracts
Governance, Security & Compliance
Implement data governance frameworks (classification, lineage, retention, audit)
Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and data residency requirements
Define and enforce access controls (Entra ID, RBAC, workspace security)
DevOps, CI/CD & IaC
Define CI/CD processes for Fabric artifacts
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Establish deployment standards and environment management
Performance, Cost & Reliability
Define capacity planning and cost optimization strategies
Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting
Define and enforce data quality SLAs
Architecture Governance
Participate in architecture reviews and governance forums
Provide guidance and enforce standards across product teams
Produce documentation (architecture diagrams, standards, ADRs)
