About the Role:

GoodRx is seeking a Sr. Content Strategy Director to define and scale how the company communicates its priorities, insights, and leadership perspective across key audiences and moments. This role will lead the vision for and development of scalable content frameworks and messaging architectures that support executive communications and advance corporate initiatives.

The Sr. Content Strategy Director will partner across the organization to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency across high-impact content. The ideal candidate is an analytical, strategic long-term thinker and exceptional writer who can translate complex topics into clear, effective communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead short and long-term strategy and implementation of content frameworks that drive brand vision and business outcomes

  • Drive the strategy for and manage executive thought leadership content, including bylines, LinkedIn content, and editorial pieces

  • Build scalable content systems and processes that reflect key business objectives and support executive communications across channels and moments.

  • Serve as a strategic writing partner to senior leaders, translating business priorities into clear, audience-appropriate communications

  • Provide editorial oversight and guidance to ensure consistency in tone, voice and narrative across corporate materials

  • Support internal communications efforts related to leadership messaging and company priorities

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations or any related field

  • 15+ years of experience in executive communications, content strategy, and corporate storytelling

  • Analytical and strategic mindset to with the ability to connect business goals to compelling executive narratives

  • Proven track record developing and ghostwriting content for C-suite and senior executives

  • Experience working in or adjacent to healthcare, policy, or highly regulated industries preferred

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator comfortable working with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines while maintaining high editorial standards

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$190,000.00 - $305,000.00

New York Office:

$174,000.00 - $279,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$158,000.00 - $254,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$142,000.00 - $229,000.00
