Job description

About the team

At Zillow, the top real estate website in the U.S., we’re on a mission to help people get home. We’re building innovative, connected, and equitable solutions that support every step of the moving journey—whether buying, selling, renting, or financing.

Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in enabling this mission. Our team partners closely with business leaders to attract and hire the talent that powers Zillow’s customer experience, service delivery, and revenue-driving operations.

About the role

As a Manager, Recruiting, you will lead a Mexico-based team of recruiters supporting hiring across Zillow’s U.S. Customer Operations organization, including roles in Connections, Customer Experience, Customer Support, and field-based teams. This team will also flex to support other areas of the business as hiring needs evolve.

This is a people leadership role focused on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes at scale. You will oversee end-to-end recruiting delivery, partner with business leaders on hiring plans, and ensure your team operates efficiently while delivering a consistent and positive candidate experience.

You Will Get To

  • Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team based in Mexico, supporting U.S. hiring, providing coaching, setting clear goals, and driving accountability

  • Own hiring delivery across Customer Operations roles, ensuring your team meets targets for speed, quality, and candidate experience across high-volume and class-based hiring

  • Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to align on hiring needs, workforce plans, and timelines, translating demand into effective recruiting strategies

  • Drive operational excellence through data, using pipeline health, conversion metrics, and performance insights to identify gaps and improve efficiency

  • Improve and scale recruiting programs and processes, including class-based hiring, workflows, and candidate experience, in partnership with cross-functional teams

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 5–8 years of recruiting experience, including experience supporting high-volume or customer-facing roles

  • 1–3 years of people management experience leading recruiters

  • Experience operating in fast-paced, metrics-driven hiring environments

  • Strong ability to coach and develop recruiters while driving team performance

  • Comfortable partnering with business leaders and influencing hiring decisions

  • Data-driven, with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions

  • Strong organizational and operational skills, with a focus on execution and delivery

  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams

  • Experience working in or supporting regional or global teams is a plus

  • Must be physically based in Mexico.
