Requirements:

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, manage relationships and ongoing needs, support partner account planning, and ensure partners are positioned for success across new business and existing account growth
  • Support day-to-day revenue needs with Channel commercial teams, maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy, track deals, and help remove blockers to improve conversion and speed to close
  • Lead partner onboarding and enablement, ensuring partners have the right tools, messaging, and product knowledge to sell, and support enablement aligned to product launches and GTM priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts as the internal partner advocate, driving issue resolution with operations, support, billing, client success, and interfacing with technical/engineering teams to support partner requirements

Role Overview

The Channel Account Manager is responsible for managing and supporting Lytx’s partner ecosystem across the region, ensuring partners are enabled, operationally effective, and positioned to grow. This role operates alongside the revenue generation teams, specifically the strategic alliance lead, acting as the connective tissue between partners and Lytx’s internal functions. It ensures partners can execute effectively, while allowing Channel Sales and Direct Sales teams to remain focused on pipeline creation and closing. Success in this role is defined by partner satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the ability to remove friction across the partner lifecycle to unlock revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Partner Management & Support

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact outside of commercial, for assigned partners, managing relationships and ongoing needs
  • Support partner account planning in alignment with Channel Sales and Rev Gen priorities
  • Ensure partners are positioned for success across both new business and existing account growth

Revenue Support & Deal Execution

  • Work alongside Channel commercial teams to support day-to-day commercial needs of the partner
  • Assist with pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and deal tracking across partner accounts
  • Help remove blockers in active opportunities to improve conversion and speed to close

Partner Enablement & Onboarding

  • Support onboarding of new partners in collaboration with Enablement teams
  • Ensure exisiting partners are equipped with the right tools, messaging, and product knowledge to sell effectively
  • Support ongoing enablement aligned to product launches and GTM priorities

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the internal advocate for partners, coordinating across operations, support, billing, and client success teams
  • Drive resolution of partner issues quickly and efficiently to maintain trust and momentum
  • Interface with technical and engineering teams to support partner requirements, including hardware and certification processes

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Partner with marketing to support regional campaigns, events, and partner-led demand generation initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to elevate partner visibility and drive joint growth activities
  • Support execution of trade shows and industry events alongside partners

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain strong discipline across reporting, and partner performance tracking
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the partner ecosystem to improve performance
  • Drive consistency in partner processes, ensuring scalability across the region

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in partner account management, channel support, or sales operations roles
  • Proven experience working in multi-channel or partner-led sales environments
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across sales, product, and operations
  • Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and operational rigor
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both partners and internal teams
