Requirements:

  • Oversee rebate and administrative fee allocations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements; manage GPO rostering onboarding, maintenance, and reporting
  • Direct and coordinate ship-to location builds in Workday and GHX, ensuring data integrity and alignment with enterprise standards; collaborate with IT, finance, supply chain, and external partners to optimize workflows
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to revenue operations, location management, and rebate allocation; ensure regulatory compliance and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits

Major Responsibilities:

  • ​Lead, mentor, and develop a team of revenue and regulatory analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. ​  
  • ​​Oversee the allocation of rebates and administrative fees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.  ​  
  • ​​Manage GPO rostering processes, including onboarding, maintenance, and reporting for all relevant locations.​  
  • ​​Direct and coordinate “ship to” location builds in Workday and GHX, ensuring data integrity and alignment with enterprise standards.​  
  • ​​Collaborate with IT, finance, supply chain, and external partners to optimize location and revenue operations workflows. ​  
  • ​​Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue operations, rebate allocation, and location management​.  
  • ​​Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.  ​  
  • ​​Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and revenue capture​  
  • ​​Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to location and revenue operations​

  • None

Education Required:

  • ​​Bachelor’s degree required or 5 years of direct relevant work experience in healthcare supply chain will be considered in lieu of a degree​ 

Experience Required:

  • 5 years minimum required experience working in contracting, group purchasing organization, procurement, or supply chain in a healthcare setting.  Non-healthcare industry experience will be considered in lieu of direct healthcare experience.  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills​  
  • ​​Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (Workday, GHX) ​  
  • ​​Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration​  
  • ​​Proficient skills with MS Office Suite (including but not limited to SharePoint, Excel, Access, Power BI) ​  
  • ​​Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
  • ​Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.​  

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions. ​​  
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.​  
  • Exposed to a normal office environment.​

Education:

  • Master’s degree preferred. 

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role strongly preferred.
