Major Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of revenue and regulatory analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the allocation of rebates and administrative fees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Manage GPO rostering processes, including onboarding, maintenance, and reporting for all relevant locations.
- Direct and coordinate “ship to” location builds in Workday and GHX, ensuring data integrity and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, supply chain, and external partners to optimize location and revenue operations workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue operations, rebate allocation, and location management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and revenue capture
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to location and revenue operations
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required or 5 years of direct relevant work experience in healthcare supply chain will be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience Required:
- 5 years minimum required experience working in contracting, group purchasing organization, procurement, or supply chain in a healthcare setting. Non-healthcare industry experience will be considered in lieu of direct healthcare experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (Workday, GHX)
- Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficient skills with MS Office Suite (including but not limited to SharePoint, Excel, Access, Power BI)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
- Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
- Exposed to a normal office environment.

- Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role strongly preferred.
