Roles & Responsibilities

  • Two-year degree in electronics / electrotechnics / maintenance
  • Experience in biomedical or technical services and project management
  • IT skills including Office, ERP, Outlook; knowledge of Baxter solutions, products and services
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team in a multicultural/matrix environment; customer-focused; English proficiency desirable

Requirements:

  • Provide technical support for Baxter devices (Proud, EM2400) including installation, demonstrations of new equipment, mandatory/optional upgrades, and frontline phone support
  • Coordinate FDS Proud projects by organizing steering group meetings and guiding the client step-by-step through deployment (including software aspects)
  • Deliver commercial support by visiting identified clients to define requirements, supporting bid responses, and advising on software development as needed
  • Provide software and client support for installations and upgrades, optimize usage, and contribute to reducing travel costs and increasing technical service revenue

VOTRE ROLE

Vous serez responsable du support technique pour les dispositifs Baxter (Proud, EM2400 etc…) et de la gestion des projets et du processus pour les systèmes FDS Proud, EM2400….

VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Support Technique :

Supporter les techniciens Baxter pour les maintenances curatives

Réaliser l'installation de Proud (ou EM2400 si nécessaire) et la démonstration de nouveaux équipements

Effectuer une mise à niveau obligatoire ou optionnelle

Fournir une assistance téléphonique au front office si besoin

   

Support Commercial :

Visiter les clients identifiés pour aider à construire la définition répondant au mieux aux attentes clients

Soutenir les réponses aux appels d'offres

Conseiller si besoin en terme de développement logiciels

Coordonner les projets FDS Proud par l’organisation et la conduite de réunion du groupe de pilotage

L’accompagnement du client étape par étape

Soutien logiciel

Les installations et les mises à niveau :

Fournir un support client pour résoudre le problème ou une assistance pour aider à optimiser l'utilisation

Finance :

Optimiser les coûts de déplacement et le contrôle T&E

Augmentation des revenus du service technique par un bon conseil client et un bon accompagnement des techniciens Baxter

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Bac+2 en électronique / électrotechnique / Maintenance
  • Expérience souhaitée biomédicale ou Services techniques
  • Expérience en gestion de projets
  • La maitrise de l'anglais est souhaitée
  • Rigueur
  • Attitude positive, sens de l’écoute, tourné vers l’action et l’amélioration continue
  • Capable de travailler en autonomie et au sein d’une équipe
  • Compétences en informatique : Pack Office, ERP, Outlook.
  • Connaissance des solutions Baxter, produits et services
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et matriciel
  • Qualités relationnelles, sens du contact client
