Join our team as a Senior Compliance Professional, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and addressing complex, evolving compliance needs.

The Senior Compliance Professional ensures compliance with governmental requirements. The Senior Compliance Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Compliance Professional develops and implements compliance policies and procedures, as well as files mandatory state and Federal reporting. Researches compliance issues and recommends changes that assure compliance with contract obligations. Maintains relationships with government agencies. Additionally, this position will be responsible for annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly regulatory reporting to state regulators as well as Federal entities. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years of technical experience working with large data sets
  • 3 or more years of experience in state and/or Federal reporting (DOI, CMS, DoD)
  • Knowledge/understanding of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and CMS
  • Experience within a metric oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate or advanced degree
  • Audit or consulting experience

Additional Information

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$86,300 - $118,700 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
