Roles & Responsibilities

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role, preferably on an IT platform.
  • Graduate from any stream, preferably Commerce, Engineering, or BSc IT/Computers.
  • Impeccable communication skills with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong analytical and investigative abilities, with attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts.

Requirements:

  • Manage Registrants' domain name management and resolve ownership disputes, including arbitration cases filed via UDRP/INDRP.
  • Review and verify accounts flagged for OFAC/SDN sanctions and address reseller queries related to company, profile, and username changes.
  • Ensure ICANN compliance for resellers, handle ICANN accreditation for new Registrars, registrar liaison, and manage Registrar Escrow deposits.
  • Perform day-to-day registrar operations and other assigned tasks to support secure domain management.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• Assisting Registrant’s in managing their domain names.

• Resolve Domain name ownership disputes.

• Review and verify accounts flagged due to OFAC and SDN sanctions.

• Handling Reseller queries related to company, profile and username change requests.

• Manage domain arbitration cases filed via UDRP/INDRP.

• Perform day to day operations involving daily tasks.

• Ensure Resellers are in compliance with the ICANN guidelines.

• Handle ICANN accreditation for new Registrars.

• Registrar liaison and handling operational tasks.

• Set up and manage Registrar Escrow Deposits.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• Experience: 02 years in Customer Service, Tech support or similar capacity, preferably on an IT platorm.

• Educational Qualifications: Graduate from any stream. Preferably Commerce, Engineering, or BSC (IT orComputers).

• Impeccable communication skills.

• Good working knowledge of computers and the Internet; strong ability to develop new skills.

• Proficient in Ms.Excel and Ms.Word.

• Logical and analytical thought process.

• Avid internet user.

• Good investigative skills and strong attention to detail.

• Highly motivated and energetic team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.Must be willing to work in shifts.
