  • Relevant academic background (e.g., Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Industrial Economics) or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in roles such as Controller, Accountant, Financial Analyst, or similar, with experience working closely with business processes, systems, and stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing and delivering solution demonstrations, workshops, and presentations that connect solutions to real business outcomes and customer value.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written) and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Understand customers' business challenges and show how Unit4 solutions deliver value-driven outcomes, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Research and discovery to understand customer needs, challenges, and desired outcomes; articulate the customer voice in the sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, tenders and RFP responses, and produce demo recordings and digital demo content.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, partners, subject matter expert groups and onboarding teams to ensure successful handovers and product-focused development.

Job Description

Our job in Solution Consulting is to understand our customers’ business challenges and to accurately show how Unit4 solutions can solve these through value driven outcomes.  

  • To attain the best possible solution, you will spend time researching and discovering the business challenges and desired outcomes. You will understand the customer, challenge them, and become their voice in the sales process.
  • You will delight and inspire our customers to help shape and deliver value-driven outcomes. You are a trusted advisor who will naturally lead our customers and colleagues.
  • You will gradually evolve to be an expert in Unit4 solutions, you will understand and sell the value of Unit4 solutions and why Unit4 is different to other suppliers in the marketplace.
  • You love technology and you are driven to find the best possible solutions for our customers. Your integrity and expertise set you apart from other roles in sales; customers will trust your advice and Unit4 customer success will believe in the vision you create for customers during the bid stages.
  • As the buying journey continually evolves, you'll be expected to produce demo recordings and digital demo content.
  • You will be involved in a wide range of activities including but not limited to business case support, discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, tenders and RFP’s, handovers to onboarding teams, working with partners, subject matter expert groups and product focused development.

Qualifications

You are likely to succeed in this role if you:

  • Have a relevant academic background, for example in Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Industrial Economics, or other relevant education.
  • Has 3+ years of relevant professional experience in roles such as Controller, Accountant, Financial Analyst, or similar positions, where you have worked closely with business processes, systems, and stakeholders or other similar experience
  • Are comfortable preparing and delivering solution demonstrations, workshops, and presentations that connect solutions to real business outcomes and customer value.
  • Enjoys variety and change, and are motivated by working across different customers, industries, and sales situations.
  • Are interested in solutions and value creation and enjoy working closely together with Account Executives to demonstrate the value of our world‑class solutions and help customers become successful.
  • Works well both independently and collaboratively and feel comfortable taking ownership while being part of a broader, cross‑functional team.
  • Speak fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
