Maintenance Technician I -3rd Shift

Overview:

The Maintenance Mechanic I role is responsible for performing maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment. This role requires moderate supervision and may include mentoring technicians or other maintenance members

What You'll Do:

• Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.

• Conduct detailed preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Train and mentor Preventative Maintenance Technicians as needed

• Assist in identifying parts and tools needed for repairs.

• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

• Proficiency in reading mechanical diagrams and manuals.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
