Roles & Responsibilities

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (HBO) or Master's program with first experience in Recruitment, HR or project management internships/jobs
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive planner with a can-do mentality and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Available to commit approximately 36 hours per week for the internship for 5 months starting September 2026, with eligibility to work in the Netherlands under applicable visa/curriculum requirements

Requirements:

  • Support end-to-end corporate recruitment processes for hiring managers from A-Z
  • Manage recruitment reporting and analytics, delivering improvement advice
  • Own recruitment for the BIIR program with fellow interns, including candidate/hiring manager engagement and BIIR ambassador coordination
  • Contribute to global/local recruitment projects and participate in campus recruitment events and employer branding initiatives

Internship HR - Corporate Recruitment

What will you do? 

  • Corporate recruitment with the aim of supporting hiring managers in hiring processes from A-Z 

  • Recruitment reporting, incl. analytics and improvement advise 

  • Ownership of the recruitment for our “Best Internship in Retail” with your fellow recruitment intern 

  • Continuous contact with candidates and hiring managers

  • Support running and coordinating the “Best Internship in Retail” program, incl. organizing events and being first point of contact for your fellow interns on questions, concerns, and general information

  • Join global and local recruitment projects with the aim to either improve processes and procedures, candidate experience, or hiring manager cooperation 

  • Opportunities to join campus recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives 

 

About you! 

  • Bachelors (HBO) or Master’s student that ideally gained first experience in Recruitment, HR or project management internships/apprenticeships/jobs 

  • Good verbal and written communicative skills in English 

  • A true spider in the web: well organized and a planner, proactive and have a true can-do mentality 

  • You are confident, approachable, and enjoy engaging with new people and building relationships with others 

  • You are passionate about HR, Corporate Recruitment, and people

  • Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).  

  • Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.  

  • Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.   

 

Eligibility Criteria   

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:  

  • You are an EU citizen,  

  • You are on a Family/Partner visa, or  

  • You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).

  • For our “Best Internship in Retail” you’ll support running the trainings and activities for your fellow interns, in addition to coordinating the BIIR Ambassador program 

  • Join global and local recruitment projects with the aim to either improve processes and procedures, candidate experience, or hiring manager cooperation 

  • Opportunities to join campus recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives 

 

About you!

  • You need to be available to work on internship tasks for at least 36 hours a week (a max of 4 hours per week you can spend on school/internship assignments or thesis).
