About the Role:The Sr. Vice President Commercial Sales – Healthcare Services is an executive leader responsible for defining building and scaling the commercial sales strategy and organization for SelectQuote’s Healthcare Services portfolio. This includes SelectRx pharmacy services and other healthcare solutions serving payors providers health systems and risk-bearing entities.
This leader will design and execute the end-to-end commercial go-to-market model including segmentation value proposition sales structure channel strategy partnerships and revenue growth. The role will build and lead a high-performing national sales organization focused on driving adoption of SelectQuote’s healthcare services delivering measurable value to clients and accelerating enterprise growth.
Importantly this role will operate as a player-coach – personally leading sales efforts developing executive relationships and closing strategic deals particularly during the early stages of commercial build-out.
This role requires deep expertise in healthcare services sales pharmacy solutions payer/provider economics and complex enterprise deal cycles.
